Walsh Wireless has its Certificate of Recognition (COR), which is awarded to employers who develop health and safety programs that meet established standards.
Our employees all require First Aid training, and are offered courses in Tower Rescue, Fall Protection, Gin Poles Certification, Capstan Hoist Certification, Crane Signal Certification, Basic Rigging Certification, WHMIS, Competent Climber/Refresher Certifications, and more.

Cameron grew up on Vancouver Island and moved to Alberta in 2011, where he began his Communications career. Cameron grew fond of the field of telecommunications very quickly, and thrived. With an extensive background in all facets of the field, Cameron brings a wealth of experience and boundless expertise to his work. His profound knowledge is evident in every project he undertakes.
Beyond the realm of technology, Cameron finds joy in the great outdoors, indulging in activities like 4x4ing and camping, all while cherishing moments spent with his loved ones, whether it’s with family or friends.
Jeremey Banham
Owner/ Operator & Field Supervisor
Jeremey Banham, grew up in Canal Flats, BC. He embarked on his journey in tower construction in 2011. Over the years, Jeremey has cultivated a wealth of experience, mastering the art of building various types of towers. From the challenge of spinning a fully loaded guyed tower at a 45° angle to the precise orchestration of controlled demolitions, Jeremey’s career is marked by a diverse range of accomplishments. His expertise has enabled him to tackle multiple projects within the industry, each adding to his list of experiences.
Beyond the realm of wireless services, Jeremy finds joy in family life. When not on the job site, he cherishes moments spent at home, embracing the simple pleasures and creating lasting memories with his loved ones.
Mike Madryga

Wayde’s roots trace back to California, USA, where he spent his formative years before making a significant move to Alberta in 2013, marking the beginning of his journey in the telecommunications industry. With a strong foundation laid in the vibrant landscape of technology, Wayde has since dedicated himself to mastering the telecommunications field.
